About this exercise
A customer disputed a $129 charge, saying the item never arrived. Make a checklist of exactly 5 lines, each formatted "[ ] Document - date - reason" with the reason 5 words or fewer. Include only documents that show the order and the delivery. Sort by date, earliest first, with the undated item last. Plain text. This is an admin summary; leave the final decision to the bank process.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Including irrelevant files. The AI adds the newsletter or manual to look thorough. Try: Say: "Only documents that show the order and the delivery."
- Wrong order. The AI sorts by importance. Try: Say: "Sort by date, earliest first, undated last."
- Wrong line format. The AI writes paragraphs. Try: Show: [ ] Document - date - reason.
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
