About this exercise
Reply to Tariq in plain text, under 85 words. First line exactly "Hi Tariq," and last line exactly "Lena, FitHub Member Care". Tell him what happens on Nov 15 and when the freeze actually starts. Do not offer to waive the freeze fee.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Backdating the freeze. The AI wants to help and promises to freeze him from this month. Try: Say: "A freeze cannot be backdated. State when it really starts."
- Waiving the fee. The agent note about a past waiver tempts the AI to offer one. Try: Add: "Do not offer to waive the fee."
- Generic greeting and sign-off. The AI writes 'Dear Tariq' and 'Best regards'. Try: Give both lines exactly.
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and usually runs long, so a vague "keep it short" lands well over the limit. Try: Cap each part instead of the total, for example "each line under 15 words".
