Write a four-question scenario quiz with an answer key
- For Customer support teams
- You practice Showing an example of what you want
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Write a quiz for new agents: exactly 4 numbered scenario questions, then a line that says only "Answers", then 4 numbered answers, each naming the rule used. At least one question tests day 30, day 31 or day 60 exactly. Use only the policy. Plain text, no bold.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old handout. The outdated handout is in the material. Try: Say: "Use only the current policy."
- Vague scenarios. The AI writes generic questions with no numbers. Try: Say: "Short cases with specific days; test a boundary day."
- Wrong structure. The AI mixes questions and answers. Try: Say: "4 numbered questions, a line 'Answers', then 4 numbered answers."
- Getting the wrong number of questions. The AI writes more or fewer than asked. Try: Say "exactly N questions".
- Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
What a strong prompt includes
- Fixes the question count
- Asks for plain text
- Sets the structure
- Asks for a boundary test
