Report staff flu shot compliance by department

About this exercise

Employee health's goal is 90% compliance by department. Compliant means vaccinated or holding an approved exemption; pending exemptions don't count yet. Write exactly 3 numbered lines, each as Dept: (vaccinated + approved) ÷ staff = X%, then MET or BELOW, then one unnumbered last line: Follow up: [departments below]. Plain text, under 70 words.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

• Not defining compliant. The AI counts pending exemptions or leaves out approved ones. Try: Add: "Compliant = vaccinated + approved exemptions. Pending don't count."
• Not giving the goal. The AI can't mark MET or BELOW. Try: Add: "Goal: 90% per department."
• Not asking to see the work. The committee will check each rate. Try: Add a line to copy: "1. Emergency: (42 + 3) ÷ 50 = 90% MET"
• Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 12 words."
• Forgetting where it goes. AI loves markdown tables and bold, which show up as clutter in a committee report. Try: Add: "Plain text, no bold, headings or tables."
