Report compliance training completion without people on leave

About this exercise
The goal is 90% completion of annual compliance training. People on leave are excused and don't count in the total. Write exactly 3 numbered lines, one per team, each as Team: completed ÷ (members − on leave) = X%, then MET or BELOW, then one unnumbered last line: Follow up: [teams below]. Whole percents, plain text, under 70 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Not removing people on leave. The AI copies the LMS's 80% and gets Inventory wrong too. Try: Add: "Leave out people on leave from the total."
- Not giving the goal. The AI can't mark MET or BELOW. Try: Add: "Goal is 90%."
- Not asking to see the work. Bare percents hide the math. Try: Add a line to copy: "1. Inbound: 16 ÷ 18 = 89% BELOW"
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 10 words."
- Forgetting where it goes. AI loves markdown tables and bold, which show up as clutter in a manager update. Try: Add: "Plain text, no bold, headings or tables."
