Average showing feedback scores to prep a seller call
Practice: Giving the right context. About 5 minutes.
About this exercise
Before your seller call, average the showing feedback scores (1-5) for price, condition and layout. Drop showing #3: that agent told you by phone her clients were neighbors, not buyers. Write exactly 3 numbered lines, one per category, each as Category: (scores added) ÷ 4 = average, then one unnumbered last line: Talk about: [lowest category]. Plain text, under 60 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Not mentioning the call. The AI keeps showing #3, which drags condition and layout down. Try: Add: "Drop showing #3: neighbors, not buyers."
- Not asking to see the work. Sellers will question the averages. Try: Add a line to copy: "1. Price: (2 + 3 + 2 + 3) ÷ 4 = 2.5"
- Leaving the ending open. The AI writes pricing advice. Try: Add: "Then one line: Talk about: [lowest category]."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 12 words."
- Forgetting where it goes. AI loves markdown tables and bold, which show up as clutter in your call notes. Try: Add: "Plain text, no bold, headings or tables."
What a strong prompt includes
