Average daily call activity after fixing a dialer glitch
Practice: Giving the right context. About 5 minutes.
About this exercise
Your target is 40 calls a day per rep. The auto-dialer logged Priya's Tuesday voicemail drops as calls; her real Tuesday count is 40. Write exactly 3 numbered lines, one per rep, each as Rep: (5 days added) ÷ 5 = average, then OK or BELOW, then one unnumbered last line: Coach: [reps below]. Plain text, under 70 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Not mentioning the glitch. The AI uses 140 and repeats the leaderboard's 64. Try: Add: "Priya's real Tuesday is 40."
- Not giving the target. The AI can't say who's below. Try: Add: "Target: 40 calls a day."
- Not asking to see the work. Reps will want to check their numbers. Try: Add a line to copy: "1. Ken Ross: (30 + 35 + 32 + 38 + 35) ÷ 5 = 34 BELOW"
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 16 words."
- Forgetting where it goes. AI loves markdown tables and bold, which show up as clutter in a team channel. Try: Add: "Plain text, no bold, headings or tables."
