About this exercise
Fill this board vote record in plain text, one field per line, in this order: Motion, Moved by, Seconded by, For, Against, Abstained, Result. Use only the notes and the final tally. Add a last line exactly: Draft for counsel review. Do not state whether quorum was met or whether the vote was valid.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the first count. The AI uses 4 for 1 against with the wrong names. Try: Say: "Use the final tally per the chair."
- Stating quorum. The AI says quorum was met. Try: Say: "Do not state quorum or validity."
- Missing labels. The AI writes a narrative. Try: Say: "Seven labels in order, then the last line."
- Markdown. The AI uses a table. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each field: "each field under 15 words."
