Build a first-hour crisis checklist ordered by minute
- For Executives
- You practice Asking for a format you can use
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Build the first-hour checklist in plain text with exactly 6 lines, each formatted "[ ] T+N min - action - role". Sort by minute, earliest first. Use the plan with the latest changes, and leave out tasks that belong to the second hour (after T+60). Each action is under 10 words. Use roles, not names.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old time. The AI keeps the CEO notice at T+30. Try: Say: "Use the plan with the latest changes."
- Including second-hour tasks. The AI lists eight lines. Try: Say: "Leave out tasks after T+60; exactly 6 lines."
- Using names. The AI writes Alex Kim. Try: Say: "Use roles, not names."
- Wrong format. The AI uses a markdown table. Try: Say: "Each line like [ ] T+10 min - action - role."
- Markdown. The AI bolds times. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
