About this exercise

Convert the call notes into one JSON object in a single code block with exactly these keys: account, contact, call_date (YYYY-MM-DD), sentiment (positive, neutral or negative), commitments (array of objects with owner and action), next_step_date (YYYY-MM-DD or null), risks (array of strings, at most 2). Use only the notes. At most 16 lines inside the block, and nothing outside it.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Old call date. The AI uses March 5. Try: Say: "The call was March 6."
  • Too many risks. The AI lists 4 risks. Try: Say: "At most 2 risks, from the notes."
  • Wrong keys. The AI adds extra keys. Try: Say: "Exactly the seven keys."
  • Missing commitments. The AI omits Tessa's. Try: Say: "Include all three commitments."
  • Extra text. The AI explains. Try: Say: "Only the code block."
