About this exercise
Fill an investor meeting prep card for the CEO with exactly these labels, one per line, in plain text: Investor:, Last contact:, Likely questions:, Numbers to know:, Do not raise:. Likely questions has exactly two questions separated by a semicolon. Numbers to know has exactly three figures from the latest board pack. Under 110 words in all.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using older figures. The AI quotes ARR $16.9M. Try: Say: "Use the latest board pack only."
- Leaving out the do-not-raise items. The AI omits them or adds them elsewhere. Try: Say: "Do not raise: the patent dispute and the acquisition offer."
- Wrong counts. The AI writes five questions or five numbers. Try: Say: "Exactly two questions separated by a semicolon and exactly three figures."
- Changing the template. The AI adds a summary. Try: Say: "Exactly these five labels in order."
- Markdown. The AI bolds labels. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
