About this exercise
Post the follow-ups in Slack in plain text, no emojis. Line 1 is exactly: Follow-ups from today's launch sync. Then one line per action in the form @Name task by day, ordered by due day. Last line exactly: Reply here if I missed one. Use the corrected assignments and leave out ideas that nobody took on.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Wrong owner. The AI gives the FAQ to Ben. Try: Say: "The final owner for the FAQ is Mia."
- Including ideas. The AI adds the customer quote. Try: Say: "Leave out ideas nobody took on."
- Wrong order. The AI keeps the original order. Try: Say: "Order by due day."
- Missing first or last line. The AI adds greetings. Try: Say: "Use the exact first and last lines."
- Emojis. The AI adds emojis and bold. Try: Say: "Plain text, no emojis."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 12 words."
