Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Wrong headings. The AI adds an executive summary. Try: Say: "Use exactly Delivered, Missed, Lessons."
- Old budget. The AI says $94,000. Try: Say: "Spent $97,500."
- Adding the chairs lesson. The AI lists three lessons. Try: Say: "Exactly 2 lessons from this project."
- Missing details. The AI is generic. Try: Say: "Use dates and page counts from the notes."
- Markdown. The AI bolds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each section: "each section under 35 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
