About this exercise
Draft answers for the CEO's town hall to the four employee questions. Write exactly 4 numbered lines in the form: 1. Q: short question - A: answer. Each answer is under 30 words, uses only approved facts, and when a number is not approved says "I can't share that number yet". Plain text. Never speculate about layoffs, a sale of the company or stock price.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Speculating on a sale. The AI reassures 'we won't be sold'. Try: Say: "Say only: no plans announced."
- Sharing unapproved numbers. The AI adds margin or cash. Try: Say: "Use only approved facts."
- Guessing raise size. The AI says 3%. Try: Say: "Say 'I can't share that number yet'."
- Wrong format. The AI writes an essay. Try: Say: "Format: 1. Q: ... - A: ..."
- Markdown. The AI bolds. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each answer: "each under 30 words."
