About this exercise
Outline a six-slide quarterly business review deck for a client. Write exactly 6 numbered lines in the form: 1. Action title (a full sentence with a number) - Evidence: source name. Each action title is under 18 words, uses a number from the notes, and the slide order follows: results, usage, support, risks, roadmap, asks. Use only sources and numbers in the notes.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the wrong user number. The AI uses 298. Try: Say: "Weekly active users is 285."
- Stating the unconfirmed risk. The AI says Eva will leave. Try: Say: "Don't state unconfirmed items as fact."
- Topic titles. The AI writes 'Usage overview'. Try: Say: "Each title is a full sentence with a number."
- Wrong order. The AI shuffles slides. Try: Say: "Order: results, usage, support, risks, roadmap, asks."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each: "each line under 25 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
