About this exercise
Fill the roles sheet for tomorrow's project review in plain text, one field per line, in this order: Chair, Note-taker, Timekeeper, Decision owner, Parking-lot owner. Assign each role to a different person from the attendees list. Respect the stated limits, and write the name only. If nobody can do a role, write no one available.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Putting Ana on another role. The AI makes Ana chair. Try: Say: "Ana is the Decision owner only."
- Ignoring the update. The AI keeps Eli off the whole-meeting role. Try: Say: "Eli stays the whole meeting now."
- Wrong format. The AI writes sentences. Try: Say: "Five labeled lines with a name only."
- Markdown. The AI bolds labels. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap it: "name only after each label."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
