About this exercise

Convert the stakeholder interview notes into a JSON array in one code block. Each object has exactly the keys name, influence (high, medium, low), stance (supports, neutral, resists, unknown), evidence (a quote or fact under 12 words). Use "unknown" for stance unless the notes state it. At most 14 lines inside the block, no text outside it, and one object per person named.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Guessing stance. The AI marks Greg as resists. Try: Say: "Use unknown unless the notes state the stance."
  • Wrong keys. The AI adds extra keys. Try: Say: "Exactly name, influence, stance, evidence."
  • Long evidence. The AI writes sentences. Try: Say: "Evidence under 12 words."
  • Extra text. The AI explains. Try: Say: "Only the code block."
  • Too many lines. The AI pretty-prints. Try: Say: "At most 14 lines inside."
