About this exercise
Build a stakeholder map for the ERP rollout as a markdown table with columns Stakeholder, Influence (high/medium/low), Stance (supports/neutral/resists/unknown), Evidence, Next move. One row per person named in the notes, using "unknown" when the notes give no evidence of stance. The Evidence cell must quote the fact from the notes in under 12 words. Do not infer motives.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Guessing stance. The AI marks Marcus as resists because of the training limit. Try: Say: "Use 'unknown' unless the notes state the stance."
- Inventing motives. The AI writes 'afraid of change'. Try: Say: "Do not infer motives; quote facts."
- Including out-of-scope people. The AI adds the union rep. Try: Say: "One row per person named, except out-of-scope."
- Wrong table. The AI drops the Next move column. Try: Say: "Five columns exactly."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each cell: "each cell under 12 words."
