Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Listing nice-to-haves. The AI lists MBA and SAP as requirements. Try: Say: "Requirements only; leave out nice-to-haves."
- Naming Mira or age wording. The AI echoes Lars's remarks. Try: Say: "Do not name a preferred candidate or use age wording."
- Template. The AI invents sections. Try: Say: "Use exactly these labels in order."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
