At most 8 lines. Use only steps in the notes. Do not include any question about why the person was on leave or their health. HR reviews before it goes out.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Asking about the leave. The AI adds a check-in on how she is feeling. Try: Say: "No question about the reason for leave or health."
- Missing dates. The AI drops the dates. Try: Say: "Put the date after the task where the notes give one."
- Format. The AI uses plain bullets and long sentences. Try: Say: "Each line starts with [ ] and is under 12 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
