About this exercise
Draft your shop's Q2 goal in plain text using exactly these lines: Objective:, KR1:, KR2:, KR3:, Owner:, Check-in day:. Each KR has a starting number, a target number and a date from the notes. The objective is under 12 words and has no numbers. Use the final targets in the notes.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old target. The AI uses 85%. Try: Say: "Use the final target of 90%."
- Numbers in the objective. The AI writes 'Hit 90% on-time'. Try: Say: "The objective has no numbers."
- Missing labels. The AI writes bullets with different labels. Try: Say: "Use the six labels in order."
- Adding extra goals. The AI adds a store opening. Try: Say: "Leave out the second location and e-bikes."
- Markdown. The AI bolds labels. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 16 words."
