About this exercise
Prepare answers for five likely staff questions about the reorg. Write exactly 5 numbered lines in the form: 1. Q: question - A: answer. Each answer is under 22 words, uses only the approved statements, and says "I don't have that yet" for anything not in them. Plain text, and never promise a job outcome.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Promising job safety. The AI says 'your job is safe'. Try: Say: "Never promise; say 'I don't have that yet'."
- Guessing on bonus. The AI makes up an answer. Try: Say: "For anything not approved say 'I don't have that yet'."
- Wrong format. The AI drops Q: and A:. Try: Say: "Format: 1. Q: ... - A: ..."
- Missing facts. The AI gives vague answers. Try: Say: "Use Marcus Bell, 'roles and pay do not change at this time', Dec 20."
- Markdown. The AI bolds. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each answer: "each under 22 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
