About this exercise
Turn the strategy notes into exactly 3 trade-off pairs. Write each as two lines: "We will ..." then "So we won't ...", with a numbered label 1, 2, 3 on the first line of each pair. Each line is under 18 words. Every "won't" must be a real cost named in the notes, not an invented one, and exclude anything the notes say is undecided. Plain text.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Including undecided items. The AI adds Berlin or the price rise. Try: Say: "Leave out anything the notes say is undecided."
- Inventing costs. The AI says 'we won't expand to Europe'. Try: Say: "Each won't must be a cost named in the notes."
- Wrong structure. The AI writes a paragraph. Try: Say: "Three pairs: We will / So we won't."
- Markdown. The AI uses bullets. Try: Say: "Plain text."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each line: "each line under 18 words."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 12 words."
