Answer a candidate's process questions as a short FAQ
- For Recruiters
- You practice Keeping the AI to your sources
- Time about 5 minutes
- Level Intermediate
About this exercise
Answer the candidate's four questions as a Q&A in plain text. Format each as "Q: ..." then "A: ...". Answers under 25 words, using only the process page. If the page does not say, the answer is exactly: I will confirm and get back to you. Do not share other candidates' information or predict the outcome. HR reviews before sending.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Revealing standing. The AI shares the ranking or number of candidates. Try: Say: "Do not share other candidates' information or predict the outcome."
- Making things up. The AI invents answers. Try: Say: "If the page does not say, answer exactly: I will confirm and get back to you."
- Format. The AI uses paragraphs. Try: Say: "Four Q:/A: pairs in the order asked."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
