  • Time about 5 minutes
  • Level Beginner

About this exercise

Rewrite the recruiter's phone screen notes as exactly three lines in plain text with the labels Experience:, Interest:, Logistics:. Each line is one sentence under 25 words. Keep facts only and drop opinions and guesses about the person. Do not include anything about age, accent, family, health or appearance. Do not recommend a decision. HR reviews before the notes are saved.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Keeping opinions. The AI repeats 'nervous' and 'strong accent'. Try: Say: "Facts only; drop opinions and guesses."
  • Format. The AI writes bullet notes. Try: Say: "Three lines labeled Experience:, Interest:, Logistics:."
  • Missing facts. The AI drops the logistics. Try: Say: "Include start date, availability and pay expectation."
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
  • Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
