About this exercise

Audit the seven opportunities. Opportunities at stage 3 or later must have both an Economic Buyer and a Champion contact role. Closed opportunities and stages 1 to 2 are exempt. Write a checklist of at most 5 lines, one per failing opportunity, sorted by opportunity ID, each exactly like "- [ ] OP-302 (Stage 3): missing Economic Buyer". Nothing before or after. Under 70 words.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Counting Executive Sponsor. The AI accepts the sponsor as an Economic Buyer for OP-307. Try: Add: "Executive Sponsor does not count as Economic Buyer."
  • Flagging exempt opportunities. The AI flags OP-303 and OP-306. Try: Add: "Closed opportunities and stages 1 to 2 are exempt."
  • Wrong format. The AI writes a table and commentary. Try: Add: "Each line exactly: - [ ] OP-### (Stage N): missing ...; nothing before or after."
  • Too long. The AI explains each rule. Try: Add: "At most 5 lines, under 70 words."
