About this exercise
Tessa from Marketing asked for a full contact export. Write a plain-text reply from RevOps under 90 words. List the five fields you can export now, state that email and phone need Security sign-off, and that the free-text Notes field is never exported. Ask one question that covers both the purpose and the needed-by date. Don't promise a delivery date.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Promising Friday. The AI agrees to deliver the full export by Friday. Try: Add: "Don't promise a delivery date."
- Exporting notes. The AI offers the Notes field 'with care'. Try: Add: "Notes are never exported."
- Missing allowed list. The AI says 'standard fields' without naming them. Try: Add: "List the five allowed fields by name."
- Many questions. The AI asks several follow-ups. Try: Add: "One question that covers both purpose and needed-by date."
- Long reply. The AI writes a long policy explanation. Try: Add: "Plain text, under 90 words."
