About this exercise
You manage the rep on the Corbin Mills deal and want the top risks before your deal review. Get exactly 3 numbered risks, each starting with one label from this list: Single-threaded, No budget, Competitor, Timeline slip, Legal review. After the label, give one short line of evidence from the notes. Plain text.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Not giving the label list. The AI invents its own risk names and pads the list with generic risks. Try: Add: "Start each risk with one label from: Single-threaded, No budget, Competitor, Timeline slip, Legal review."
- Flagging solved problems. The AI lists security and budget because they sound risky, even though the notes say they're handled. Try: Add: "Only flag risks the notes show are still open."
- No count. The AI writes 5 to 8 risks with a mitigation plan for each. Try: Add: "Exactly 3 numbered risks, one line each."
- Getting markdown. The AI bolds the labels, which shows up as asterisks in a plain-text note. Try: Add: "Plain text, no bold."
