About this exercise
Write an FAQ for SDRs with exactly 3 pairs. Each is "Q: ..." on one line and "A: ..." on the next, with the answer under 20 words. Cover, in order: which record to keep, what to do with the other record, and what to do if the two records have different owners. Use the current rules only. Plain text, no bold.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old rules. The AI says keep the older and delete the newer. Try: Add: "Use the current rules only; the Sept 2026 rules are retired."
- Skipping the Merge button. The AI says to delete the duplicate. Try: Add: "Use the CRM Merge button; don't delete by hand."
- Wrong order or count. The AI adds extra questions. Try: Add: "Exactly 3 pairs in this order."
- Long answers. The AI writes paragraphs. Try: Add: "Each answer under 20 words, plain text."
What a strong prompt includes
- Sets Q/A format
- Fixes 3 pairs and order
- Uses the current rules
- Mentions the Merge button
- Limits answer length
