About this exercise
Fill in an enablement card for reps with exactly four labeled lines: What's new:, Who it's for:, Say this:, Don't say:. Plain text, each line under 25 words. In Say this, give one sample sentence a rep can say to a buyer, using only the approved wording. In Don't say, list the claims reps must avoid, based on the notes. Use the GA date, not the beta date.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Making promises. The AI writes 'never run out of stock' as the pitch. Try: Add: "Use only the approved wording."
- Wrong date. The AI uses the beta start. Try: Add: "Use the GA date, Nov 16."
- Vague Don't say. The AI writes 'avoid exaggerating'. Try: Add: "Don't say lists the specific claims from the notes."
- Format and length. The AI writes a page with bold. Try: Add: "Four plain-text lines, each under 25 words."
What a strong prompt includes
