About this exercise
Convert the action items into a JSON array in one code block. Keys: owner, task, due, status. Resolve relative dates from the meeting date, writing due as YYYY-MM-DD, and use null when the owner or due date is not stated. status is always "open". Keep the order of the minutes. Outside the block write at most one line of 10 words or fewer.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Guessing an owner. The AI assigns the SLA dashboard item to a person. Try: Add: "Use null when the owner or due date is not stated."
- Wrong relative dates. The AI picks the wrong Friday or Wednesday. Try: Add: "Resolve from Mon Nov 9: this Friday is 2026-11-13, next Wednesday is 2026-11-18."
- Extra keys or prose. The AI adds priority fields and a summary. Try: Add: "Exactly keys owner, task, due, status; one code block; at most one line outside."
