About this exercise
Make a markdown table with columns Status | Reps for Ramped, Ramping, New, On leave, then a Total row. After the table add one line exactly in the form "Capacity-eligible: N" where N is the number of reps who count toward capacity (everyone except On leave). No bold and nothing else. Under 50 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Counting everyone as capacity. The AI writes Capacity-eligible: 19. Try: Add: "Exclude On leave from capacity."
- Wrong total. The AI forgets On leave in the total. Try: Add: "Total includes all four statuses."
- Extra text. The AI adds notes about leave. Try: Add: "Nothing else; counts only."
- Bold and wrong form. The AI bolds the Total. Try: Add: "No bold; exactly the line Capacity-eligible: N."
