About this exercise
A new sales manager asks four questions about our metrics. Write exactly 8 plain-text lines: Q1:, A1:, Q2:, A2:, Q3:, A3:, Q4:, A4:, in this order: pipeline coverage, win rate, sales cycle, ACV. Each A line is under 20 words and uses the current glossary definition, not the old wiki. Under 120 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old wiki. The AI defines win rate as won divided by created. Try: Add: "Use the current glossary; the old wiki is retired."
- Wrong layout. The AI writes a glossary table or paragraphs. Try: Add: "Exactly 8 plain-text lines labeled Q1:, A1:, ... Q4:, A4:."
- Long answers. The AI explains with examples. Try: Add: "Each answer under 20 words; under 120 words total."
