- You practice Setting limits and rules
- Time about 5 minutes

About this exercise
Audit the six opportunities for stage problems. Flag an opportunity if it skipped a stage going forward (for example 2 to 4) or closed-won within 3 days of being created. Do not flag moving backward then forward again, and do not audit Renewal-type opportunities. Write a markdown table of flagged opportunities only with columns Opportunity, Problem, Dates. Add a final line "Not flagged: [IDs]" naming every other opportunity, including any you excluded. Under 110 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Flagging the backward move. The AI treats 3 to 2 as an error. Try: Add: "Do not flag moving backward then forward."
- Auditing the renewal. The AI flags the renewal for starting at stage 4. Try: Add: "Do not audit Renewal-type opportunities."
- Missing the fast close. The AI only looks for skipped stages. Try: Add: "Also flag closed-won within 3 days of creation."
- Missing the closing line or extra text. The AI adds a summary and no Not flagged line. Try: Add: "End with: Not flagged: [names]. Under 110 words."
