About this exercise
Hannah Cole, CEO, is inviting Grace Wu (COO, Stonebridge Logistics) to the Customer Advisory Board. Write a plain-text email under 140 words. State the two meeting dates and format, that there is no payment, ask for a reply by Dec 4, and make no promise that feedback will become product features. Sign off Hannah.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Roadmap promise. The AI flatters with 'your ideas will shape our roadmap'. Try: Add: "Make no promise that feedback will be built."
- Missing logistics. The AI invites her without dates or format. Try: Add: "Give both dates, the 11:00 a.m. ET time, virtual, 90 minutes."
- Mentioning the revenue. The AI refers to the account size. Try: Add: "Do not mention ARR or contract size."
- Long invitation. The AI writes a full program. Try: Add: "Plain text, under 140 words."
