About this exercise
Write a renewal recap to the client, Ben Ashworth. Use exactly four plain-text lines starting Delivered:, Hours:, Results:, Next month:. Delivered lists only completed items. Hours shows the math and the overage at the same rate. Results must say what has been measured and must not claim any ROI. Under 90 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Listing unfinished work. The AI counts the training deck and price sheet as delivered. Try: Add: "Delivered lists only completed items."
- Inventing ROI. The AI writes 'improved win rates' or a percent gain. Try: Add: "Results: say what is measured; claim no ROI or improvement."
- Missing overage math. The AI says 'a little over' without the numbers. Try: Add: "Hours: 42 of 40, overage 2 x $140 = $280."
- Wrong layout or length. The AI writes a polished multi-paragraph email. Try: Add: "Four plain-text lines, under 90 words."
