Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old rate. The AI prices at $75 from the old sheet. Try: Add: "Use the current $90 rate; ignore the 2024 sheet."
- Guessing a start date. The AI writes January 1. Try: Add: "Start: To be agreed."
- Dropping the rollover or approval rule. The AI says extra hours are available any time. Try: Add: "Say unused hours expire and extra hours need Sana's agreement first."
- Wrong layout. The AI writes a proposal letter. Try: Add: "Exactly five plain-text lines with these labels, under 70 words."
