Write coaching feedback for Priyanka from three moments in her call. Use exactly 3 plain-text lines, one per timestamp, each in the form "mm:ss Keep - what happened (exact quote of 8 words or fewer) - why it worked" or "mm:ss Change - what happened (exact quote of 8 words or fewer) - what to try". Use Keep for the two strong moments and Change for the weak one. Under 150 words, each line under 35 words.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
