Write a Slack message to your team for Mon Dec 21. Plain text, under 70 words. Start with "Quarter-end focus:" then exactly 3 lines in the form "- Owner: Deal ($amount) - action by Day", and end with the sentence "Discounts follow the approval process." Use only the three focus deals.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Adding the slow deals. The AI lists Evergreen and Fairview as upside. Try: Add: "Use only the three focus deals."
  • Wrong line format. The AI writes a paragraph or a table. Try: Add: "Start with Quarter-end focus: then 3 lines like - Owner: Deal ($amount) - action by Day."
