About this exercise
A customer asks what 7 users would cost per month. Reply in plain text under 70 words. Show the math in one line like "5 x $... + 2 x $... = $...". Use the current 2026 price table, not the old one. Start with the cost, with no greeting or thanks before it, and end with the line "Reply with your start date and I'll set it up."
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Using the old price. The AI multiplies 7 by the 2025 flat price. Try: Add: "Use the current 2026 table."
- Opening with chatter. The AI starts with "Thanks for reaching out!" Try: Add: "Start with the cost, no greeting."
- Offering unrequested discounts. The AI adds annual billing savings. Try: Add: "Do not mention the annual discount."
- Math not shown. The AI gives only the total. Try: Add: "Show the math in one line."
What a strong prompt includes
