Write a renewal email offering a 24-month term. Line 1 must be exactly "Subject: Renewal options for Kestrel Print". Start with "Hi Tom,". Plain text under 100 words. Show the two options with math (12 months vs 24 months, total over 24 months for each) and the difference, say the renewal date, and ask which he prefers by Dec 4. Don't use urgency words and sign off "Ines".
