Build a quote table for a client with columns Package, Hours, Math, Total, 40% deposit. Rate is $85 per hour. Use the hours in the scope notes. Write the math like "24 x 85" and money without cents. After the table add one last line exactly like "Within $4,000 budget: [package names]". Under 110 words.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Using the client's old rate. The AI prices at $60 an hour from the client's email. Try: Add: "The rate is $85 per hour; ignore the client's old $60 reference."
  • Wrong deposit base. The AI takes 40% of the hourly rate or of the budget. Try: Add: "Deposit is 40% of each package total."
  • Missing the budget line. The AI writes a paragraph about fit. Try: Add: "Last line exactly: Within $4,000 budget: [names]."
  • Missing columns or math. The AI shows totals only. Try: Add: "Columns: Package, Hours, Math, Total, 40% deposit; math like 24 x 85."
