Build a dated table of a creator's audience stats
- For Marketing and content
- You practice Asking for a format you can use
- Time about 5 minutes
About this exercise
You're pitching creator Juno Vale for a campaign on Nov 20, 2026, and an AI search tool returned 6 snippets about her audience. Make a table with columns Source, Date, Claim and Status, one row per snippet, where Status is Current for sources from June 2026 or later and Stale for anything older. After the table write one line starting Use: with the follower count from the newest first-party source (her own channel or media kit). No bullets, under 160 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Asking for a number. The AI picks one figure, sometimes the fan wiki's 1 million, with no dates. Try: Say: "Table with columns Source, Date, Claim, Status."
- Not defining stale. The AI doesn't know your cutoff, so old counts look as good as new ones. Try: Add: "Current means June 2026 or later; older or undated is Stale."
- No bottom line. The AI adds an analysis section instead of one number for the deck. Try: Add: "After the table, one line: Use: ... from the newest first-party source."
- Getting bold and headings. AI adds a heading and bold text above the table. Try: Ask for "no heading, no bold."
What a strong prompt includes
