Get three exact fixes for your About page, not a rewrite
Practice: Asking for a format you can use. About 5 minutes.
About this exercise
You want feedback on your bakery's About page draft, not a rewrite. Ask for exactly 3 numbered fixes, each quoting the exact phrase to change and giving a replacement under 15 words, in plain text. One fix must correct the award claim using the award facts in your notes. No praise paragraph, no intro, and no rewritten version of the page. Write a prompt that gets that feedback.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Asking for "feedback". The AI gives 8 to 12 suggestions under headings, then rewrites the whole page. Try: Set it: "Exactly 3 numbered fixes."
- Vague advice. The AI says "tighten the intro" without saying which words or what to use instead. Try: Show the shape: "Each fix: 1. Change \"...\" to \"...\" (under 15 words)."
- Missing the risky claim. The AI polishes the wording but leaves "best bakery in Ohio", which your certificate doesn't support. Try: Add: "One fix must correct the award claim to match the certificate."
- Getting a rewrite and a pep talk. AI starts with "Great draft!" and ends with a full revised page you didn't ask for. Try: Add: "Output only the 3 fixes. No praise, no rewritten page. Plain text."
What a strong prompt includes
