About this exercise
Turn the review procedure into a checklist for this year's review of the Gifts Policy. Write exactly 6 lines, each starting "[ ] " and formatted "[ ] Owner - action - due date", in procedure order. Include only steps that apply this year. Plain text, no intro or closing line. Under 90 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Including steps that do not apply. The AI lists all eight steps. Try: Say: "Only steps that apply this year."
- Missing owner or date. The AI drops the owner or due date. Try: Say: "Format: [ ] Owner - action - due date."
- Wrong layout. The AI uses a table or adds an intro. Try: Say: "Exactly 6 lines starting [ ] and nothing else."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
