About this exercise
Write the Compliance Team's reply to Jonas Weber's email. Plain text, under 100 words. Line 1 is exactly: Subject: Re: Travel exception request. Then greet him as "Hi Jonas,". Ask for exactly three things: written approval from VP Marta Ibsen, the flight duration, and the fare difference between economy and business. Say the CCO decides at the Tuesday exceptions review. Do not promise an answer by Friday or hint at the outcome. The last line is exactly: Compliance Team
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Promising a result. The AI reassures him it should be fine. Try: Say: "Do not promise or hint at the outcome."
- Wrong asks. The AI asks for extra documents or skips one. Try: Say: "Ask for exactly these three things: ..."
- Missing the frame. The AI invents a subject line or signs with a name. Try: Say: "Line 1 exactly: ... Last line exactly: Compliance Team."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
- Markdown. The AI bolds words or adds headings. Try: Say: "Plain text, no bold, no headings."
