About this exercise
Compare version 2 and version 3 of the policy. Reply with a markdown table with the columns Topic | Old | New, one row for each topic that changed, in the order the topics appear in the policy. Leave out topics that did not change. After the table, one last line exactly: Compliance to confirm before circulation. Under 120 words.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Listing unchanged items. The AI includes the records row. Try: Say: "Only topics that changed."
- Wrong values. The AI blends old and new numbers. Try: Say: "Old comes from version 2, New from version 3."
- Wrong layout. The AI writes bullets or adds commentary. Try: Say: "Markdown table with the columns Topic | Old | New."
- Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting. Ask for a total word limit and it often lands over it. Try: Cap each part instead, for example: "each line under 15 words."
