About this exercise
Write exactly 3 numbered pulse questions for new customers at day 14, after a first line that is exactly "Day-14 pulse". Each question is 12 words or fewer and ends in a question mark. Question 1 is a 1-to-5 rating, question 2 is open-ended, question 3 is yes/no. Do not use the words satisfied or happy. Plain text, under 45 words in total.
Common mistakes when you ask AI for this
- Keeping the leading words. The draft uses satisfied and amazing. Try: Say: "Never use satisfied, happy or amazing."
- Wrong question types. The AI makes all three open-ended. Try: Say: "Q1 rating 1-5, Q2 open-ended, Q3 yes/no."
- Long or wrong format. The AI adds intros and answer options. Try: Say: "3 numbered questions, 12 words or fewer, ending with ?."
- Letting it run long. The AI adds intros, answer options and extra questions. Try: Say: "First line Day-14 pulse, then exactly 3 numbered questions, under 40 words."
What a strong prompt includes
- Fixes the number of lines
- Asks for plain text
- Sets the question types
