Prepare three expansion objection answers with no pressure

About this exercise

Prepare answers for three expansion objections. Format each as "Q:" then "A:" on the next line, exactly three pairs in the order given. Each answer is under 25 words, uses only the facts, offers no new discount and uses no pressure tactics. Plain text.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Inventing urgency. The sales draft says the price jumps next month. Try: Say: "No pressure tactics; the quote is valid 30 days."
  • Promising a discount. The AI offers 10% to overcome the price objection. Try: Say: "No new discount."
  • Wrong layout. The AI writes a paragraph on handling objections. Try: Show Q: then A: on the next line, three pairs.
  • Getting markdown back. AI adds bold and headings by default, which show up as stray symbols where this is pasted. Try: Say "plain text, no bold, no headings, no asterisks".
  • Trusting the AI to count words. AI is bad at counting and usually runs long, so a vague "keep it short" lands well over the limit. Try: Cap each part instead of the total, for example "each line under 15 words".

What a strong prompt includes

  • Asks for plain text
  • Sets a length limit
  • Shows Q and A layout
  • Bans pressure and discounts
