About this exercise

Extract the four strongest quotes for the product team as one JSON code block with one object per line. Keys: account, quote, theme. Quotes must be verbatim and 15 words or fewer. Theme is exactly one of "reporting", "permissions", "integrations". Skip complaints that are about support, not product. At most 8 lines of code.

Common mistakes when you ask AI for this

  • Including the support complaint. The AI includes Cora because it is negative. Try: Say: "Skip complaints about support."
  • Paraphrasing. The AI rewrites quotes to make them tidier. Try: Say: "Quotes must be word for word."
  • Free-form output. The AI adds prose or invents themes. Try: Say: "One JSON code block, themes only from the list."
  • Skipping the code block shape. The AI splits output into several code blocks or none. Try: Say "exactly one code block and nothing else".
  • Letting the code sprawl. The AI adds extra lines and comments. Try: Say "at most N lines of code".
